Returns and exchanges

At TM Military Surplus, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not exactly meet your expectations. That's why we have implemented a simple and transparent return policy.

Return period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item that does not suit you.

Return conditions

To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
The labels must be intact.
The original packaging should be kept whenever possible.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must accompany the return.

Excluded items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

Underwear and intimate items
Personalized or custom-made items
Items on sale or at final discount (except for defects)

How do I make a return?

Contact our customer service at tmmilitarysurplus@gmail.com, quoting your order number.
We will send you return instructions and a label if necessary.
Pack the item carefully and ship it to the address provided.
Once received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item. In these cases, we will cover all costs.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? Contact us and we'll do our best to facilitate the exchange quickly.

Refund

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
